BROOKFORD FARM 2010 CSA INFORMATION
Food, from the earth up. A multi-season, multi product CSA spanning 7 months and 4 food groups.
Dates: The CSA will run from the first week of August 2010 to the first week of March 2011, a total of 30 weeks.

** dairy items include 1/2 gallon raw milk, quart yogurt, 1/2 pintquark, pint raw cream, 0.4# butter.
** an initial $5 deposit is required for glass dairy bottles. Bottles must be returned at each pick-up in order to receive a new week's dairy product.

LOCALVORE DIEHARD: $2,157
- 1.6 #s grass-fed beef born and raised on Brookford Farm.
- 1 # pastured pork bought as piglets and raised on farm grown feeds here on Brookford Farm.

Payment Details:
- 50% deposit required at sign up
- 25% due October 1st
- 25% due December 1st

Pick Up:
- Farm pick-ups are Friday afternoons at Brookford Farm.
- Pick up at the Exeter farmers market is available on Thursdays ($50 annual fee)
